Celebrating Curiosity

Our school was buzzing with excitement as pupils, teachers, and partners came together for our Science Fair—a vibrant celebration of curiosity, experimentation, and playful learning. This much‑anticipated event shone a spotlight on our continued commitment to inquiry‑based, hands‑on science, as well as our long‑standing collaboration with the Science Department at Stranmillis University College.

Each science station featured enthusiastic pupil representatives. These young experts confidently answered questions, explained concepts, demonstrated experiments, and shared what they have been investigating in class. Year groups had opportunities to share their own investigations with one another, deepening understanding across the school and strengthening our learning community. Pupils had the chance to try out a wide variety of hands‑on activities. From exploring forces to experimenting with light, circuits, materials, and chemical reactions, every station offered something new to spark curiosity.

The Science Fair was more than a day of activities—it was a celebration of our pupils’ natural curiosity and a reminder of the joy that comes from exploring the world around us. We are proud of our ongoing collaboration with Stranmillis University College and grateful for their continued support in nurturing the next generation of scientists, thinkers, and problem‑solvers.

We look forward to building on this success and continuing to champion playful, inquiry‑driven learning.
