School Readiness Programme

This Programme will be delivered by
Colin Neighbourhood Partnership in partnership with
St Anne’s Primary School & Nursery Unit

Information session for parents of relevant aged children will take place on:
Thursday 8th March, 7pm
Assembly Hall Block B

Do you want to help your child be the best that they can be?
The School Readiness Programme is a 4 – 6 week course that will help you to:

 

  • Encourage your child’s learning through play 
  • Build your child’s self-esteem and creativity 
  • Support your child to problem solve and sustain focus while learning 
  • Strengthen your child’s reading and language skills 
  • Help develop your child’s social skills and friendship building

 

The programme:
  • Is free
  • Suitable for parents of children 3—6 yrs
  • Consists of 4—6 weeks x 2 hour sessions  – one session each week
  • Is for mums and dads, single or together, carers or significant adults in a child’s life
  • You can choose to take part in the programme during the day
  • or in the evening
