Craic agus Ceol!

Our trad group headed off to the Arts Theatre to perform with other traditional groups/ensembles from primary schools across the Greater Belfast Area. The event was organised by the ‘Glengormley School of Traditional Music’ and their aim is to promote the teaching of traditional Irish Music in primary schools and to provide opportunites for pupils to come together. Our five pupils, accompanied by Mrs Heagney, thoroughly enjoyed the experience of sharing and celebrating our music and culture heritage and can’t wait to take part again next year…the beginning of a new tradition for our school. Maith Thú!
