Nursery put the ‘fun’ in Fundamentals when they were coached by the incredible Declan Gamble. The boys and girls were given the opportunity to participate in lots of enjoyable activities. Flying like Superman, walking like gorillas, prowling like tigers and crawling like crabs were some of the exercises used to develop the core skills of agility, balance and co-ordination, the foundation on which the more technical skills of GAA sports are built. Declan also managed to include some Irish language into these action-packed sessions. Maith thu! A great time was had by all!
