To help develop their understanding of their WAU topic ‘How we used to live’, the P1 year group was joined by Mr Kinaird, film-maker, Stem Ambassador and daddy of Noel from Mrs Cavanagh’s P1 class.

He brought with him a collection of vintage projectors, reels, box brownies, Super 8s and wind-up cameras. Pupils were also treated to a viewing of a 1930’s black and white mini movie of King Kong and a 1970’s animation of Pete’s Dragon, much to their amusement and surprise.
