Our vibrant and hardworking school council travelled to the City Hall to meet Nuala McAllister, the 4th woman to hold the position of Lord Mayor of Belfast. She remained seated as spoke with the pupils, as her Chain of Office weighs one stone and is valued at half a million pounds!
The Student Council visited the Whispering Gallery and the Council Chambers where they proposed and voted on several important issues, including improvements to play parks and recycling. Then it was back to St Anne’s to discuss their budget with Mr Keenan!
