As part of their WAU topic ‘Mighty Me’, the pupils in Primary Five have been researching and exploring many of Ireland’s greats. Each child was given the challenge of creating a project based on a famous Irish person of their choice. These included poets, pirates, sporting heroes, explorers, novelists and inventors. The pupils took great pride in showcasing and presenting their work to their peers. As you can see from the photographs, some have been extremely creative in their designs.
