Anti-Bullying Week is an important week in the life of our school. As part of the build up to this week many pupils entered the Anti-Bullying Creative Competition and, for the fourth year in a row, we had a winner! Congratulations to Mya from Ms. Payne’s P6 who attended the launch of Anti-Bullying Week and was presented with her certificate and prize.
This year’s theme was ‘Respect.’ Throughout the week, pupils engaged in activities which encouraged them to think about what the term ‘respect’ means, what it feels like to be respected and how they can show respect to others.
Friday was #WearYellow4RESPECT Day. With St, Anne’s Bully Busters Team leading the way, pupils were encouraged to wear a yellow item as an accessory to their uniform, to symbolise their decision to ‘choose respect’.
