St. Anne’s Cleans Up

Anti-Litter Superhero ‘Captain Clean-Up’ surprised our Nursery and P1-3 pupils by dropping in to deliver a special assembly.

He presented the school with a certificate to acknowledge the efforts made by pupils during an earlier spring clean of our school grounds. He also reinforced the message of how important it is to dispose of our litter responsibly using a variety of song, dance and roleplay, with everyone getting involved.

Kirsty and Jane, also from the Belfast City Council, gave us litter pickers and gloves to enable our pupils to carry out regular clean-ups. Please help keep our school campus litter-free by using the bins provided or by taking your rubbish home. Let’s lead the scene and keep St. Anne’s clean.
