We’ve gone batty

Batman and Bat Woman visited our school to take the Nursery pupils on a ‘night-time’ adventure. Armed with their torches and bat detectors, our little chiropterologists set out to locate some of our protected flying furry friends. Thankfully some Leisler Bats, the biggest of Ireland’s native species, had moved into one of our newly erected bat boxes. Check out our newest nocturnal residents by clicking here.
