Congratulation to one of our Primary 7 pupils who won the NI schools’ Energy Efficiency Awareness Programme ‘Design an Eco-Hero’ Competition. His eco-hero’s name is Kaizen Ken, which means “change for the better” in Japanese, promotes Renewable Energy.
His character has been recreated as a comic hero by a professional illustrator and will feature in next year’s Schools’ Energy Presentation and Learning Pack. He also won a laptop, £500 for the school and a tree. Well done, Oliver! Remember, the greatest threat to our planet is the belief that someone else will save it. Do your part.
