The latest scoop!

Making vanilla ice-cream was the challenge set for some of our P3 pupils. Using the ingredients: milk, sugar, vanilla essence, ice cubes and salt, the pupils set to make this tasty treat. However, the real focus of this experimental lesson was the scientific processes going on behind the scene…the pupils might disagree though.  It was only right that the boys and girls got to eat their delicious creation before it melted! We wouldn’t want all that hard work to go to waste.
